We ship to all UK addresses, by Royal Mail 1st class, from Monday till Wednesday - to avoid plants stay on depos/delivery transit during a weekend.

DAMAGED PLANT
It's happens! We do our best to secure our products beautifully but transit can be brutal for certain items.
If you have received a defected item, please take a photo within 3 days of receiving it and email us details along with your order number: contact@leafyhouse.co.uk and we'll take care of it.
